I was looking through the website, trying to find some information about potty traInning children with Down Syndrome, somehow I ended at this page. I was reading and I saw the picture of Evan and it caught my eye right away. This is such a wonderful and touching story. I have a brother with Down Syndrome, he is eight years old. he is the most precious gift we have. He is the light and the angel of the family. I am so thankful to have him in my life.
They are challenging, but we are so lucky to have such special individuals in our lives, they make us see the world with a whole different perspective.
Keep up the good work as mother, and GOD BLESS HIM ALWAYS!!!!

Only people who love and believe in God, understand that God will never allow anything they cant bear, you were the rightfull family to go through it all through his grace and love, so we all believe and understand God.

bravo to your brave little boy. i thought my son’s arrival was traumatic! i am inspired by your courage and real inner strength and Evan’s determination to achieve to enjoy. delighted to read he is now taking steps.

You are an absolute inspiration. I cried when reading your story and could only imagine all that you went through. They are very special children, and I believe they are here to teach the rest of us about the important things in life. My little boy with Down syndrome is 3 and thank God, is really healthy. I couldn’t ask for more! Thank you for sharing your experience.
